1. Service Description

AirPlayX is a media player application designed exclusively for Samsung Smart TVs running Tizen OS. AirPlayX enables users to play M3U and M3U8 playlists from their own content providers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AirPlayX, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service
• Have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
• Will use the application in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Legal Use Cases

AirPlayX is designed for the following legitimate purposes:

• Licensed Content Distribution: Small to mid-sized broadcasters or VOD services may provide an M3U playlist to their paid subscribers as a flexible playback option.
• Personal Media & Home Server Streaming: Users may use locally-hosted or cloud-hosted playlists they own the rights to (e.g., Plex, Emby, Jellyfin exports).
• Testing & Development: Developers and QA engineers may use the player to test HLS/M3U8 streams on Samsung Tizen devices.
• Educational Content: Institutions may use the player to distribute educational video content to authorized viewers.

4. Account & Device Activation

4.1 Device Registration

• Each Samsung Smart TV is identified by a unique MAC address
• A device key is generated upon first launch for authentication
• You must register your device to activate the application

4.2 Activation Process

• Contact us at support@airplayx.online with your MAC address and device key
• Activation is processed by our team or through authorized resellers
• Activation periods include: 7-day trial, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year

4.3 Credential Security

• You are responsible for keeping your device key secure
• Sharing device keys or MAC addresses with unauthorized parties is prohibited
• We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from credential exposure

5. User Responsibilities

By using AirPlayX, you agree to:

• Use the service only on authorized Samsung Smart TV devices
• Use only legal content sources — you are fully responsible for the legality of the content you stream
• Not share, sell, or redistribute your activation credentials
• Not attempt to circumvent licensing or authentication mechanisms
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the application
• Not resell or redistribute content accessed through AirPlayX
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

6. Content & Licensing

6.1 Content Responsibility

AirPlayX is a neutral technology platform. We do not own, produce, license, or host any media content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to access and view content in their jurisdiction.

6.2 Prohibited Content

You may not use AirPlayX to access, distribute, or promote:

• Pirated or illegally distributed content
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Harmful, offensive, or illegal material
• Content that infringes upon any third-party rights

6.3 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid copyright infringement notices. If you believe content is being accessed through our platform in violation of copyright law, contact us at support@airplayx.online.

7. Private Home Viewing Only

AirPlayX services are provided for private, non-commercial use in your home only. Unauthorized activities include:

• Public display or screening of content
• Commercial use (bars, hotels, businesses) without proper licensing
• Recording, redistribution, or rebroadcasting of any content

Violation of this policy may lead to immediate suspension of your activation without refund.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

8.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain reliable service access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

8.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the application
• Release new versions with improvements or changes
• Change pricing or activation periods with reasonable notice

8.3 Notice of Changes

Major service changes will be communicated through the app, email, or customer portal at least 7 days in advance when reasonably possible.

9. Payment & Refunds

9.1 Payment Processing

• Payments may be processed directly or through authorized resellers
• For reseller transactions, contact your reseller for billing inquiries

9.2 Refund Policy

• Paid activations are generally non-refundable after device activation
• Documented technical issues preventing service access may qualify for a pro-rated refund at our discretion
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

9.3 No Automatic Renewal

Activations do not automatically renew. You must manually renew before expiration to maintain uninterrupted service.

10. Suspension & Termination

10.1 Grounds for Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Share or sell your activation credentials
• Initiate payment disputes or chargebacks

10.2 Effect of Termination

• Immediate loss of access to all features
• No refund for remaining activation period (unless required by law)
• Deletion of associated data after the retention period

10.3 Voluntary Termination

You may stop using AirPlayX at any time by uninstalling the app. To request data deletion, contact support@airplayx.online.

11. Intellectual Property

• The AirPlayX application, including its code, design, branding, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of AirPlayX
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the application
• Playlist customizations and personal preferences remain your property

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

AirPlayX is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission over the internet

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirPlayX and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data breaches
• Third-party content, actions, or inactions
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for your activation

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirPlayX, its operators, resellers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
• Content you access through the application
• Unauthorized access resulting from your credential exposure

15. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of AirPlayX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal action, please contact us at support@airplayx.online to resolve disputes informally. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

16.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.3 Arbitration

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled through binding arbitration where applicable. Each party will bear their own costs.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AirPlayX.
