1 Overview

AirPlayX is committed to respecting and protecting the intellectual property rights of others. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

2 No Content Provision

It is important to understand AirPlayX's role:

• AirPlayX is a media player application only — similar to VLC, MX Player, or any other media player.
• We do not provide, host, store, or distribute any TV channels, movies, series, live streams, or any other copyrighted content.
• We do not sell IPTV subscriptions, M3U playlists, or any other content access.
• Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to play through the application.
• AirPlayX has no control over the content accessed by users through third-party sources.

3 How to Report Infringement

If you believe that any content accessible through AirPlayX infringes on your copyright, please note that AirPlayX does not host any content. However, you may contact us and we will take appropriate action within our capabilities.

4 Notice Requirements

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
2. Identification of the infringing material and sufficient information for us to locate it (e.g., URL or detailed description).
3. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

5 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and phone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.

6 Repeat Infringers

AirPlayX maintains a policy regarding repeat infringers:

• We will terminate or disable access for users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
• A "repeat infringer" is a user who has been the subject of more than two valid DMCA takedown notices.
• We reserve the right to terminate any user's activation at our sole discretion if we believe they are using AirPlayX to access or distribute copyrighted content without authorization.

7 Good Faith Statement

AirPlayX operates in good faith and takes all copyright infringement allegations seriously. We are committed to:

• Promptly reviewing all valid DMCA notices received.
• Taking appropriate action within our capabilities as a media player provider.
• Cooperating with copyright holders to address legitimate concerns.
• Maintaining transparency in our DMCA processes.

8 Limitations

Please understand the following limitations regarding our DMCA compliance:

• No content hosting: Since AirPlayX does not host content, we cannot remove content from third-party servers.
• Third-party content: Issues with content hosted on external servers should be addressed directly to those content providers or hosting services.
• User-configured sources: We cannot monitor or control the content sources that users configure within the application.
• Jurisdiction: Our DMCA procedures follow United States copyright law. Users outside the U.S. may have additional or different rights under their local laws.

9 Policy Modifications

AirPlayX reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
