AirPlayX is a premium media player application designed for Samsung Smart TVs running Tizen OS. It allows you to play media content from M3U and M3U8 playlists on your TV. AirPlayX is only a media player — we do not provide, sell, or distribute any TV channels, movies, or streaming content.
Open the AirPlayX app on your Samsung Smart TV. Your Device ID will be displayed on the main screen of the application. It's a unique identifier for your specific TV. You'll need this ID to activate the application.
After you've contacted us with your Device ID and completed payment, activation is typically processed within 1–24 hours. In most cases, activation is completed within a few hours. You'll receive a confirmation once your device is activated.
First, verify your playlist URL is correct and accessible. Try opening the URL in a web browser to confirm it works. Common issues include: expired playlist URLs, incorrect URL format, or your content provider's server being down. Make sure the playlist is in M3U or M3U8 format. If the issue persists, contact your content provider.
No. AirPlayX is strictly a media player application. We do not provide, sell, or distribute any IPTV subscriptions, TV channels, movies, series, or any other media content. You need to use your own content sources and playlists. The user is solely responsible for ensuring the content they access is legal and authorized.
Each activation is tied to a specific Device ID, which means each Samsung Smart TV requires its own separate activation. If you have multiple TVs, you'll need to activate each one individually.
Buffering is usually related to your internet connection or your content provider's servers. Try: (1) Restarting your TV and router, (2) Using a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi, (3) Reducing stream quality if your internet speed is limited, (4) Contacting your content provider to check their server status. AirPlayX itself does not cause buffering — it plays whatever stream is provided.
